Feladatok
- Handling tech support service queries from customers and partners such as presales-support, PV system configuration and dimensioning, support with cases of failure via phone or e-mail
- Service assignments and commissioning in the region (in exceptional cases)
- Preparation of technical documentation and training material
- Arranging and organising internal training events as well as training for customers (also on-site)
- Being the contact person for the Technical Sales Advisor in the region and assisting with information regarding technical queries
- Assisting at trade fairs and exhibitions
Elvárások
- Completed electrotechnical education
- Knowledge in the field of network technology
- Self-responsibility and personal initiative
- Joy in communication with customers
- Willingness to travel (10%)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in Hungarian
- Good written and spoken English
