Feladatok

  • Handling tech support service queries from customers and partners such as presales-support, PV system configuration and dimensioning, support with cases of failure via phone or e-mail
  • Service assignments and commissioning in the region (in exceptional cases)
  • Preparation of technical documentation and training material
  • Arranging and organising internal training events as well as training for customers (also on-site)
  • Being the contact person for the Technical Sales Advisor in the region and assisting with information regarding technical queries
  • Assisting at trade fairs and exhibitions

Elvárások

  • Completed electrotechnical education
  • Knowledge in the field of network technology
  • Self-responsibility and personal initiative
  • Joy in communication with customers
  • Willingness to travel (10%)
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in Hungarian
  • Good written and spoken English
